Who we are

DharmikStudio (studio.dharmikvibes.com) is run by DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U79110HR2024PTC126911), Plot No 4, 2nd Floor, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram – 122003, Haryana, India, the company behind dharmikvibes.com. This policy covers DharmikStudio, its apps and the DharmikStudio plugins for ChatGPT and Claude. Yatras, pujas and bookings on dharmikvibes.com are covered by the DharmikVibes privacy policy at https://dharmikvibes.com/privacy-policy.

What we collect

When you sign in: your mobile number or email, through your DharmikVibes account, and the name and languages you choose.

When you listen, read or watch: what you play, save, follow and finish, so we can remember where you stopped.

If you are a creator: your application (tradition, topics, languages, samples) and the work you upload.

From your device: your network (IP) address, browser and device type, and the pages you open, in our server logs. We use only the storage sign-in needs, and usage statistics only if you agree.

Why we use it

To sign you in and keep your account safe; to play your work and remember your place on every device; to suggest things to listen to, if you agree; to send the messages you choose; to review content before and after it is published; and to meet the law. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

Usage statistics, personal suggestions, news from DharmikVibes and community features are optional. You can turn each one on or off, and withdraw consent at any time, under Settings → Your data. Signing in, playback and remembering your place are needed for the service to work.

Who receives your data

Only these service providers, each for its own job, under contract:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mumbai region: hosting, our database and stored media.
• MSG91: the one-time sign-in codes (SMS and email), and emails you chose to receive.
• WATI (WhatsApp Business): WhatsApp messages, only if you opted in.
• Fulcrum (Echo), only when we switch it on: it helps our team write copy. It receives draft text our team wrote, never your contact details.
• OpenAI and Anthropic: only when you use our plugins inside ChatGPT or Claude (see below).
• Government or law-enforcement bodies, only when the law requires it.

DharmikStudio in ChatGPT and Claude

When you use the DharmikStudio plugin inside ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic), the assistant sends our server the words you are searching for, or the work, place or date you asked about. We do not receive your name, your account, your chat or your contact details.

We store nothing per person. To stop abuse we count requests per network address for one minute, in memory only. Our answers contain only public DharmikStudio information. OpenAI and Anthropic receive our answers inside your chat and handle your chat under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

• Your account and listening data: while your account is open, and for 180 days after you delete it.
• Orders, payments and tax records, if any: 8 years, as tax law requires.
• Consent records: as long as they may be needed as proof.
• Server and access logs: 180 days (CERT-In directions).
• Database backups: 7 days on our server, 35 days in our off-site copy.
• Removed content and community posts: a sealed copy for 180 days, as the IT Rules require.
• A creator's withdrawn media: removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, and name someone to act for you. Use Settings → Your data, or write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

DharmikStudio accounts are for people aged 18 or older. A parent can add a child profile only after giving verifiable consent; child profiles see only content marked safe for children, and we send them no marketing and keep no usage statistics about them.

Keeping it safe

Data moves over encrypted connections, access to our systems is limited and logged, and we review who has access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change here with a new date. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app before it applies.

साइन इन करते समय: आपके DharmikVibes खाते से आपका मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल, और आपका चुना हुआ नाम और भाषाएँ।

सुनते, पढ़ते या देखते समय: आपने क्या चलाया, सहेजा, फ़ॉलो किया और पूरा किया, ताकि हम याद रखें कि आप कहाँ रुके थे।

रचनाकार हैं तो: आपका आवेदन (परंपरा, विषय, भाषाएँ, नमूने) और आपका अपलोड किया काम।

आपके डिवाइस से: हमारे सर्वर लॉग में आपका नेटवर्क (IP) पता, ब्राउज़र और डिवाइस का प्रकार, और आपने कौन-से पेज खोले। हम केवल साइन-इन के लिए ज़रूरी स्टोरेज रखते हैं, और उपयोग के आँकड़े तभी जब आप सहमति दें।

हम इसका उपयोग क्यों करते हैं

आपके विकल्प

उपयोग के आँकड़े, निजी सुझाव, DharmikVibes की ख़बरें और समुदाय की सुविधाएँ वैकल्पिक हैं। सेटिंग्स → आपका डेटा में आप हर एक को चालू या बंद कर सकते हैं और कभी भी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं। साइन-इन, चलाना और आपकी जगह याद रखना सेवा चलाने के लिए ज़रूरी हैं।

आपका डेटा किसे मिलता है

केवल ये सेवा प्रदाता, हर एक अपने काम के लिए, अनुबंध के तहत:

ChatGPT और Claude में DharmikStudio

जब आप ChatGPT (OpenAI) या Claude (Anthropic) में DharmikStudio प्लगइन उपयोग करते हैं, तो सहायक हमारे सर्वर को वे शब्द भेजता है जो आप खोज रहे हैं, या वह रचना, स्थान या तिथि जो आपने पूछी। हमें आपका नाम, खाता, बातचीत या संपर्क जानकारी नहीं मिलती।

हम हर व्यक्ति के बारे में कुछ नहीं रखते। दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए हम एक मिनट तक हर नेटवर्क पते के अनुरोध गिनते हैं, केवल मेमोरी में। हमारे जवाबों में केवल DharmikStudio की सार्वजनिक जानकारी होती है। OpenAI और Anthropic को आपकी बातचीत में हमारे जवाब मिलते हैं, और वे आपकी बातचीत अपनी गोपनीयता नीतियों के अनुसार संभालते हैं।

हम कितने समय तक रखते हैं

• आपका खाता और सुनने का डेटा: जब तक खाता खुला है, और खाता हटाने के बाद 180 दिन तक।
• ऑर्डर, भुगतान और टैक्स रिकॉर्ड, यदि हों: 8 साल, टैक्स क़ानून के अनुसार।
• सहमति के रिकॉर्ड: जब तक प्रमाण के रूप में ज़रूरत हो सकती है।
• सर्वर और एक्सेस लॉग: 180 दिन (CERT-In निर्देश)।
• डेटाबेस बैकअप: हमारे सर्वर पर 7 दिन, बाहरी प्रति में 35 दिन।
• हटाई गई सामग्री और समुदाय की पोस्ट: आईटी नियमों के अनुसार 180 दिन तक एक सीलबंद प्रति।
• रचनाकार की वापस ली गई मीडिया: 30 दिन के भीतर हटाई जाती है।

आपके अधिकार

डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 के तहत आप अपना डेटा देखने, सुधारने, हटाने, सहमति वापस लेने और अपनी ओर से किसी को नामित करने को कह सकते हैं। सेटिंग्स → आपका डेटा उपयोग करें, या हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी को लिखें। हम 24 घंटे में पावती देते हैं और 7 दिन में समाधान करते हैं। संतुष्ट न हों तो आप भारत के डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड से शिकायत कर सकते हैं।

बच्चे

DharmikStudio खाते 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के लोगों के लिए हैं। माता-पिता सत्यापित सहमति देने के बाद ही बच्चे की प्रोफ़ाइल जोड़ सकते हैं; बच्चों की प्रोफ़ाइल में केवल बच्चों के लिए सुरक्षित चिह्नित सामग्री दिखती है, और हम उन्हें कोई मार्केटिंग नहीं भेजते और उनके उपयोग के आँकड़े नहीं रखते।

सुरक्षा

डेटा एन्क्रिप्टेड कनेक्शन पर जाता है, हमारे सिस्टम तक पहुँच सीमित और दर्ज होती है, और हम देखते रहते हैं कि किसके पास पहुँच है। कोई सिस्टम पूरी तरह सुरक्षित नहीं; अगर किसी सेंध से आप प्रभावित हों, तो क़ानून के अनुसार हम आपको और अधिकारियों को बताएँगे।

इस नीति में बदलाव

कोई भी बदलाव हम यहाँ नई तारीख़ के साथ लिखेंगे। बदलाव अहम हो तो लागू होने से पहले ऐप में भी बताएँगे।
