About these terms

These terms apply when you use DharmikStudio (studio.dharmikvibes.com), its apps or its plugins. DharmikStudio is run by DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U79110HR2024PTC126911), Plot No 4, 2nd Floor, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram – 122003, Haryana, India. Creators who publish on DharmikStudio also agree to the separate creator terms shown when they apply. Bookings, pujas and yatras on dharmikvibes.com follow the DharmikVibes terms at https://dharmikvibes.com/terms-conditions.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to have an account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email; keep that code to yourself (we never ask for it on a call). You are responsible for what is done with your account.

The service

DharmikStudio offers devotional series, spiritual learning, temple stories and related work. While DharmikStudio opens, listening is free. We may add, change or remove features and works; if a paid plan is introduced, its price and terms will be shown before you agree to anything.

About the content

Works are for devotion, learning and culture. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Astrology and panchang are shared for learning only. Where a work is narrated with an AI voice, it says so. A person on our team reviews work before it goes live; scholar review is being brought in, and works that have been checked say so. We correct mistakes on the episode, openly.

What you may not do

• Copy, download, re-upload or sell works except as the app allows.
• Post or upload anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate anyone, or misuse another person's data.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or scrape it.

Creators' work

Creators keep ownership of what they record and give DharmikVibes a licence to publish it on DharmikStudio and DharmikVibes while it is live. The creator terms set out the details.

Our names and design

DharmikStudio, DharmikVibes and their logos and design belong to DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Photos credited on our credits page are used under their licences.

Reporting a problem

To report content that is wrong, unlawful or harmful, or to make a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer (see /grievance). We acknowledge within 24 hours, resolve within 7 days, and act on unlawful content within 36 hours.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Your data.

Liability

We work to keep DharmikStudio accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle a dispute with you directly, then through a mediator both sides accept, and then through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Gurugram, Haryana. Subject to that, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.

Changes

We will post any change to these terms here with a new date, and tell you in the app before an important change applies.

आपका खाता

खाते के लिए आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष या अधिक होनी चाहिए। आप अपने मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल पर भेजे गए एक-बार के कोड से साइन इन करते हैं; वह कोड किसी को न बताएँ (हम कॉल पर कभी नहीं माँगते)। आपके खाते से जो होता है, उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।

सेवा

DharmikStudio भक्ति शृंखलाएँ, आध्यात्मिक शिक्षा, मंदिर कथाएँ और ऐसा ही काम देता है। DharmikStudio के खुलने तक सुनना निःशुल्क है। हम सुविधाएँ और रचनाएँ जोड़, बदल या हटा सकते हैं; कोई भुगतान वाला प्लान आया तो उसकी क़ीमत और शर्तें आपकी सहमति से पहले दिखाई जाएँगी।

सामग्री के बारे में

रचनाएँ भक्ति, शिक्षा और संस्कृति के लिए हैं। ये चिकित्सा, क़ानूनी, वित्तीय या कोई और पेशेवर सलाह नहीं हैं। ज्योतिष और पंचांग केवल सीखने के लिए हैं। जहाँ रचना AI आवाज़ में सुनाई गई है, वहाँ यह लिखा होता है। लाइव होने से पहले हमारी टीम का एक व्यक्ति काम देखता है; विद्वान समीक्षा शुरू की जा रही है, और जिन रचनाओं की जाँच हो चुकी है, उन पर यह लिखा होता है। गलतियाँ हम कड़ी पर खुलकर सुधारते हैं।

आप क्या नहीं कर सकते

• ऐप की अनुमति के अलावा रचनाओं की नकल, डाउनलोड, दोबारा अपलोड या बिक्री।
• गैरकानूनी, नफ़रत भरी, अश्लील, भ्रामक या किसी और के अधिकार तोड़ने वाली चीज़ पोस्ट या अपलोड करना।
• किसी और का रूप धरना, या किसी और का डेटा ग़लत तरीके से उपयोग करना।
• सेवा को तोड़ने, उस पर बोझ डालने, उसकी सुरक्षा से बचने या उसे स्क्रेप करने की कोशिश।

रचनाकारों का काम

रचनाकार अपनी रिकॉर्डिंग के मालिक बने रहते हैं और DharmikVibes को उसे लाइव रहने तक DharmikStudio और DharmikVibes पर प्रकाशित करने का लाइसेंस देते हैं। विवरण रचनाकार शर्तों में है।

हमारे नाम और डिज़ाइन

DharmikStudio, DharmikVibes और उनके लोगो व डिज़ाइन DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED या उसके लाइसेंसदाताओं के हैं। हमारे क्रेडिट पेज पर दर्ज फ़ोटो उनके लाइसेंस के तहत उपयोग होती हैं।

समस्या बताना

ग़लत, गैरकानूनी या हानिकारक सामग्री की सूचना या कोई शिकायत हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी को लिखें (/grievance देखें)। हम 24 घंटे में पावती देते हैं, 7 दिन में समाधान करते हैं, और गैरकानूनी सामग्री पर 36 घंटे में कार्रवाई करते हैं।

खाता रोकना

इन शर्तों या क़ानून को तोड़ने वाले खाते को हम रोक या बंद कर सकते हैं, और क़ानून मना न करे तो कारण बताएँगे। आप सेटिंग्स → आपका डेटा में कभी भी अपना खाता हटा सकते हैं।

दायित्व

हम DharmikStudio को सही और उपलब्ध रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर यह जैसी है वैसी दी जाती है। क़ानून जितनी अनुमति दे, DIVVIB LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान, या हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर की घटनाओं से हुए नुकसान के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है। इन शर्तों से उपभोक्ता क़ानून के तहत आपके अधिकार सीमित नहीं होते।

क़ानून और विवाद

ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों के अधीन हैं। किसी विवाद को हम पहले आपसे सीधे, फिर दोनों पक्षों को मान्य मध्यस्थ के ज़रिए, और फिर मध्यस्थता और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 के तहत गुरुग्राम, हरियाणा में मध्यस्थता से सुलझाने की कोशिश करेंगे। इसके अधीन, गुरुग्राम, हरियाणा की अदालतों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।

बदलाव

इन शर्तों में कोई बदलाव हम यहाँ नई तारीख़ के साथ लिखेंगे, और अहम बदलाव लागू होने से पहले ऐप में बताएँगे।
